Quick Banana Bread
Original recipe here.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup milk
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add in eggs, mix thoroughly.
- Add vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon, milk and mashed banana. Mix.
- Slowly fold in flour and baking soda. Be careful not to over mix.
- Pour the batter into your cupcake pan, 3/4 full (the original recipe use cake pop maker).
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Coat in caster sugar and cinnamon powder mixture evenly. Enjoy!
