I’ve made plain bread before (rainbow bread) here. I use the same recipe. But this time I divided the dough into 2. I made 1 plain loaf bread and 1 with some cinnamon in it. Both turned out great.
For the cinnamon version, flatten the dough after the first proofing. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and a little bit of sugar. Then roll the dough and place it into the bread mould. Let it rest again before you bake it.
Pretty easy, you can do different things to the plain dough. Just to make it more fun 🙂

You are a busy lady. Those sprinkles – for some reason called ‘hundreds and thousands here’ are eaten by children at birthday parties. Spread the sprinkles on buttered bread and it is called ‘fairy bread.’
