Hedgehog Butter Cookies

Warning: The following photos contain a very lame story ๐Ÿ˜›

The second unusual post for this week.

Yesterday was my wedding anniversary. I’ve been married to this awesome guy for 4 years now. And almost 5 years since I met him for the first time. And I’m still in love with him โ™ฅโ™ฅโ™ฅ

I’ve made these cookies a while ago, but I want to keep it for today. Perfect time.

The idea came from pinterest. When I saw it, I knew I had to make it. Hedgehog such a cute animal. And I think my husband is like a hedgehog. Very cold and sharp (you know what I mean :P) outside but once you know him more, he’s such a cutie and lovely guy.

I use my fork cookies recipe for these cookies, then shape the dough into a cone shape. Once baked, dip half of cookie into melted chocolate and sprinkle some toasted almonds or simply sprinkle. But you can also see the original recipe here.

Now let’s (not) take a look at my master piece ๐Ÿ˜›

Like most of mothers, she cried when her son is finaly found his other half
